High Centurion Tormmok can be found in Gorgrond at The Destroyed Expedition (45:87). He will be hostile but unattackable. Periodically, he will be attacked by various mobs. Defend him by assisting in killing them. The final wave will have named guy, and once he dies, Tormmok will turn friendly. If you speak with him, eventually he will offer the quest A Centurion Without a Cause that rewards him as a follower.
