Posted Nov 17, 2016 (Patch 7.1.5)This feels like a completely useless legendary. Seeing as that Defile has a 30 second cooldown already which allows you to use it all the time. I would think blizzard would make this work with death and decay but that still makes it extremely useless. If this legendary was lowers the cd of gargoyle by 2 seconds each time you use a death strike/coil then it would be somewhat useable.
