Posted 1/28/2013 8:57:18 PM (Patch 5.1.0)This does exactly what it says. After you kill a mob, you make a violent slicing motion, and a big pile of corpse is left. It's just a fun item; you do not get extra meat from the mob, although it might make you feel like a crazy serial killer.
