Quest is Auto-Accept. It will pop up in the Vale.

There is a clear and present danger to the dwarven capital that Varian Wrynn isn’t going to let slide due to dwarven infighting. It’s ultimately Moira and the Dark Irons—along with the aid of some Alliance heroes—who step up to the plate to defend their new home, teaching the Wildhammer and Bronzebeard clans a lesson in loyalty and the value of fighting together for a common cause. You’ll be asked to step forth to aid Moira in this story-driven Scenario.

A Heroic difficulty option has been added for Scenarios, allowing those who have the right stuff to ramp up the challenge. This mode is available for the four new Scenarios—Blood in the Snow, Dark Heart of Pandaria, Secrets of Ragefire, and Battle on the High Seas—and two previously released Scenarios—Crypt of Forgotten Kings and A Brewing Storm. To queue for this new mode, you’ll need an item level of 480 (ilvl 480) and some well-seasoned (but not too salty) friends to join you.

Taking on Heroic Scenarios will award Valor Points and a chance to obtain Raid Finder-quality items. You’ll also be able to complete a bonus objective for additional Valor. It’s important to note that you’ll only be able to earn bonus Valor within Normal or Heroic, but not within both on the same day. Random Heroic Scenarios will reward a Heroic Cache of Treasure and 120 Valor Points for successful completion of the instance. [Source]

The hardest part of testing this scenario on the PTR was having all three players participate. Oftentimes we had to two-man it because we kicked the AFK-er and never received a replacement. -_-

Anyway, the scenario was quite confusing at first. The "Bonus Objective" which will pop up actually helps guide the player to NPCs that, after rescued, will provide directions to players' next target. The bosses are fairly straight-forward if you know what to expect.

    • The Special Action Button which will appear on your screen is there to help players kill the mobs. At this time on the PTR: the sniper ability is single-target, rather weak in terms of damage, and cannot be used while in combat. Your group will progress faster if you just ignore it.
    • I recommend killing the tall glowing totems. They grant a noticeable buff to the mobs around them.
    • There is usually an elite mob grouped with a few normal mobs. Which ones you kill first are a matter of preference and, perhaps, your group composition.
    • Pay attention to where your feet are! The bosses in the scenario have abilities that affect the ground.
    • Interrupt the heal that Hekima the Wise casts. If you do not then the fight really drags out and you miss out on  Hekima's Heal-Halter .

The breadcrumb quest is Auto-Accept: War is Coming . If you abandon it, you can pick it back up by entering the Vale (I believe).

Finally, I actually can sacrifice myself in order to increase the chance of the raid's success! (And, if the whole raid is going to die, I may as well try to save myself a repair bill.)
