An excellent all-around pet, the Feline Familiar is one of those rare pets where all six abilities are useful, and that's without acknowledging the type advantages that almost no other beasts have (Magic/Humanoid).

•  Onyx Bite is a great help in fighting wild Flying type pets.
•  Call Darkness is a huge help as always as it sets up many different combos with other pets ( Crow,  Ghostly Skull,  Gilnean Raven,  Spectral Porcupette,  Spectral Tiger Cub, and others). Additionally, it can be combined with  Prowl for huge burst damage.
•  Pounce +  Devour is an excellent combination versus wild Critters. The self-heal from Devour can sustain your Feline Familiar almost indefinitely, and Pounce will almost always go first against wilds.
•  Stoneskin is the Feline Familiar's weakest ability, but it is still a good choice if you don't have anything better against DoT-based Flying or Critter type Battle Pets.
