Kalldan Felmoon was a night elf located in a small cave above the entrance to Wailing Cavern (really the "eye socket"), which was tricky to reach.  He sold in limited quantities the leatherworking recipes  Pattern: Deviate Scale Cloak and  Pattern: Deviate Scale Gloves.  Kalldan was the only source for them, and unfortunately took both with him when he was removed in Cataclysm.
