Posted 2/19/2013 11:16:32 PM (Patch 5.1.0)Al'tabim the All-Seeing is out on the coast on a small rise doing a ritual of some sort. To defeat Al'tabim the All-Seeing, the player must dodge the falling meteors and kill him within two minutes.
He will cast
Omen on you at the start of the fight, giving the fight a two-minute soft enrage (though the damage is survivable under several different conditions so it isn't ALWAYS a kill). With 6.32 million HP, this means you must do roughly 52.7k DPS to kill him in the time limit. This is not too difficult, but you need to move often to dodge the meteors from 
Meteor Shower, which cannot be interrupted and lasts 60 seconds (after which he'll just cast it again). You can interrupt his 
Shadow Bolt Volley, but it doesn't hurt that badly so don't worry about it if you don't have a reliable interrupt.
