All-Seeing Eye
Collect 25 Eternal Embers from The Firelands and 3 Sands of Time.
Description
I perceive the questions that burn within your mind and I must confess that I share in your uncertainty... a rare position for one such as I, and a most unsettling one.
As I scour time to find traces of this obscured event, you must aid me in the creation of an Eye, both to test your worthiness, and to provide an essential tool in the unraveling of this mystery.
Venture into the Plane of Fire, <class>, and gather Eternal Embers. Bring them to me with Sands of Time and I will create the Eye.
Rewards
You will also receive:
Eternal Embers will only drop from raid bosses. Sands of Time are purchased from Yasmin in Uldum or Big Keech in Vale of Eternal Blossoms for 3,000 gold each (not including any discounts). IMPORTANT: Only characters with a skill level of 525 or higher in Alchemy can purchase Sands of Time!
Anachronos will create Timeless Eye which contains Timeless Eye. Do not forget to loot this before leaving to Coldarra or you will have to make a return trip.
The next quest in the quest line is On a Wing and a Prayer.
Quest Progression
Has anyone noticed this quest bugging out? I'm on All-Seeing eye and I have the 25 Embers and the 3 Sands of Time (although I cant find the Sands in my inventory) according to the quest log. Also, the yellow "?" appears on the minimap as I approach Anachronos. However, the "?" above Anachronos himself is still grey and the "Accept" button is likewise greyed out, leaving me unable to turn this quest in and progress to On a Wing and a Prayer. Furthermore, when i used the Icy Veins Quest Tracker, it says that BOTH All-Seeing Eye and On a Wing and a Prayer haven't been completed even though only one or the other quest should be showing up.
What gives? And, yes, I submitted a ticket to Blizz, and they told me to use the Icy-Veins Quest Tracker. So here I am.
Has anyone encountered this bug before?
EDIT: Ok, I think I figured it out. I bought several Sands of Time previously to have a friend make the Sandstone Drake mount for me. Apparently, once the Sands left my inventory, the quest log counter never reset back to 0/3. A minor bug in the grand scheme of things, but Blizz is gonna have to fix that evetually to clear up any future confusion.
Yes, the tooltip for the objectives tracker is bugged. I noticed it recently myself because I have two alts on the first Shadowmourne quest. I've been mailing the Primordial Saronite from one to the other, however, and the one I mailed from wasn't having her tracker reset.
