Description
I came upon one of the Shao-Tien Soul-Render's daggers. It radiates a strong magic. I've been told it should allow you to enter their spirit vortexes.
The mogu use these to harvest spirits and bind them to their will, but I'm hoping you can use it to free the spirits.
Enter any of the spirit vortexes you can find up on the Golden Stair, and free all the captive spirits you find.

Posted 1/30/2013 8:30:24 AM (Patch 5.1.0)This is one of the few quests you can do without dismounting. Just fly to the spirits and right-click them. If you hover a few metres over the ground, the NPCs won't attack you and you can still click the spirits ;)
