Posted May 19, 2013 (Patch 5.3.0)The item that begins this quest, Flying Tiger Gourami, is fished up from any inland body of water in Pandaria except Sha-Touched areas. It does not have to be in the special daily fishing area, and does not have to be fished up from a pool (but can be). The drop rate is supposed to be around 4%.
The quest turns in to Nat Pagle for 600 rep with him, 350 Anglers rep (excluding bonuses), five Valor Points, and one Lesser Charm.
