Posted 3/8/2013 10:51:26 PM (Patch 5.2.0)These altars are found around the south western part of the Isle of Thunder. They are always in the same location. Just run in and click the cog to break them. They are guarded by NPCs, but you can kill them, CC them, or simply leash them to complete the quest.
