Roaches will soak up disease like a sponge, and then spread it as far as they can run. Which is pretty far.
Ihgaluk Crag is crawling with the things, and they carry Skumblade filth all over of this island. Crush as many of them as you can while you're there.

Posted 3/6/2013 7:49:17 PM (Patch 5.2.0)Aside from the random cockroaches scurrying around the island, you will periodically find large clusters with lots and lots. The quickest way to complete this quest is to run around looking for those.

Posted 3/8/2013 3:24:40 AM (Patch 5.2.0)Excellent advice. Just be aware that there are currently several other players in the area also looking for these large clusters. The congestion will ease as the patch gets older and players move on to different content.
