Posted Feb 8, 2018 (Patch 8.0.1)For this Quest/Scenario you need to do about 8 stages.
Stage 1: Tell Khadgar you are ready and fly to the Broken Shore.
Stage 2: Kill demons on the Broken Shore till the bar reaches 100%
Stage 3: Kill Lord Kalgorath
Stage 4: Close 3x Legion Portals & Reach 100% on the bar by killing demons (Again).
Stage 5: Kill Dread Commander Arganoth
Stage 6: Take the Gateway Portal
Stage 7: Plant 7x Arcane Bombs along the command ship
Final Stage: Kill Mephistroth(Sorta)
A couple Cinematics later and you are now on the Broken Shore!
