Posted Dec 30, 2012 (Patch 5.2.0)No longer available to players. The staff was part of Kazzak's original loot table waaaaay back when the monster roamed the Blasted Lands. A shame - its color scheme is rather eye-catching (inverted color version of Agamaggan's Quill model).
Fortunately, you can get the look by having a scribe create Runed Staff for you (though it must be mentioned that it lacks the visual effect of Amberseal Keeper).
