Moon Priestess Nici seems to be a Leatherworker. I watched her walk into Legendary Leathers and "speak" with Diane Cannings . The graphic and audio of a player "learning" something then occurred.
This is one of the reasons that a number of players really enjoyed Dalaran. There are a number of NPCs that arrive/leave and appear to interact with other NPCs. The city felt alive.
