Return your ward to the Shattrath City orphanage by handing in the Draenei Orphan Whistle to Orphan Matron Mercy in the Lower City.

Darn it all! I guess it's time to go back to the orphanage at Shattrath City.
I've had such a great time. You're the best person in all of the worlds, <name>! You're my big brother now!
<Dornaa's eyes begin to well up with tears.>

Posted May 6, 2014 (Patch 6.0.1)When you turn in this quest, Dornaa will spawn (if she is not present) and whisper you as she runs into the orphanage and despawns.
Also, you will receive a letter in the mail (generally the next day) from her.
The quest rewards are soulbound, but once you've learned the pet you can cage it and sell it. ...Don't tell Dornaa, please?
