Posted Jul 28, 2014 (Patch 6.0.1)Reputation with The Black Prince can be gained by killing mantid, most mogu, Zandalari and saurok on the Isle of Thunder, and mobs at the Krasarang Wilds landing points for Horde and Alliance. My favorite method - though be sure to bring along a guild standard (requires guild achievements
Working as a Team / 
Guild Cataclysm Dungeon Hero / 
A Daily Routine for 5% / 10% / 15% rep bonus, respectively).
For Alliance and Horde can also farm reputation with The Black Prince by killing the Animated Warriors that attack Shado-Pan NPCs because they consistently and regularly respawn. You may have to compete with other players for those spots, however.
Other creatures on the isle that give good amounts of rep are Zandalari Colossus and Mighty Devilsaur. I don't recommend attempting to solo these mobs unless your character is at least item level 520. (Classes with pets can squeak by with a lower item level.)
Be sure to take advantage of any reputation bonus buffs such as
WHEE! and 
Gaze of the Black Prince.

Posted Jan 29, 2013 (Patch 5.2.0)For Alliance, the best place to grind Black Prince reputation is in the Ruins of Ogudei mine, near Lion's Landing. Go down to the bottom level where the Blood Elves are. They are fairly easy to kill and respawn quickly. Just be careful you don't get overwhelmed.
For Horde the best place is probably the beach by the Lion's Landing tower. Lots of wounded mobs, and a fast respawn. This is the 2nd best place for Alliance.
This is for patch 5.2, to get up to Revered.

Posted Mar 15, 2015 (Patch 6.1)It is still possible to reach exalted with this faction post-MoP. However, it will not gain you access to anything unless you did the legendary quest chain on that character.
