Posted Nov 25, 2014 (Patch 6.0.3)This item is a quest reward from Legacy of the Ancients. In order to obtain the quest, you need to have Lumber Mill (Level 2) in your Garrison and attempt to harvest a Petrified Ancient. Upon killing it, the creature will drop the quest-starter

Posted Jul 27, 2014 (Patch 6.0.1)The only source listed for Treessassin's Guise in the Toy Box is "Legacy of the Ancients," presumably a quest (at least according to Filter -> Sources -> Quest).
