Posted May 2, 2014 (Patch 6.0.1)Originally, the potion this recipe teaches actually made your character invulnerable to damage for eight seconds. It was changed in Patch 1.3.0 to physical attacks and damage - a nerf - and changed again in Patch 2.1.0 to only absorb the first 120 damage per hit - BIG nerf.
The recipe is only valuable to collectors. Alchemists looking to skill up in their profession have much better options in terms of time and gold invested.
