Posted Jun 6, 2013 (Patch 5.3.0)The Heroic Cache of Treasures has been fixed so it is always awarded to players upon completion of the first Heroic Scenario of the day. Previously, completing a Normal Scenario first would render players unable to earn the heroic cache. (Source)
