Posted Nov 20, 2014 (Patch 6.0.3)The cave entrance to access him is south of where he is located. There is another cave closer to him (slightly to the east) but that is the wrong one.
Once inside the correct cave, wind your way all the way to bottom to find the room he is in. Along the way, pick up the Horned Skull for
Garrison Resources.
