Posted Feb 1, 2013 (Patch 5.2.0)Wait until Lieutenant Ethan Jacobson has thrown his weapon to his dog, Sunny. It made the fight much easier for my mage because the quest target just spun around while chasing after his dog - never came into melee range or even hit me.
