First of all, this one doesn't trigger on the minimap/as a WQ unless you're right on top of her. She's at 46.30 40.30
So here's a Magic, Undead, and Moth.
Carrying a low level 12-13+ is pretty easy.
Start with Anubisath Idol. It may seem counter-intuitive because of all the Undead damage, but trust me. Open with Deflection to deflect Curse of Doom. Then pop Sandstorm and Arcane Explosion will do basically nothing to your carry. Swap your carry in during Breezy Book, ideally on a round when he's going to refresh Inner Vision. Then bring Anub back in and Crush the book down.
In comes Helpful Spirit. Once again, Deflect Curse of Doom if Deflection is up. If not, don't sweat it, it can also be Deflected on the round it's going to go off. Use Deflection wisely here (either to block CoD from being applied or from going off...do NOT use it for Grave Destruction, even if it is strong), keep Sandstorm up, and then Crush him down. That's basically your move priority.
Now Delicate Moth. He opens with Moth Dust, hopefully Deflection is off CD. Do that, then pop Sandstorm. Bring in a health breed Snail. I'm using a H/p breed Shimmershell Snail. Legion brought a 2nd h/p breed, one you don't have to level from like 5. The Mudshell Conch in Highmountain. Anyway, Shell Shield in the 2nd slot. Then Absorb in the first slot. It might seem to make more sense to take Ooze Touch, but he comes in already weakened from the AoE and Moth Dust does quite a bit of damage. He needs the heals. So get your Shield up, refresh at 1 round, and otherwise just Absorb.
