And what is Tier? Is tier for diferent kinds of colors? Any know that?

Posted Jul 1, 2013 (Patch 5.3.0)The listed mats are assuming you use http://ptr.wowdb.com/spells/130326-riddle-of-steel to craft all the Living Steel rather than http://ptr.wowdb.com/spells/114780-transmute-living-steel which is a one-day cooldown.
