Xuen is one of the four Celestial World Bosses located on the Timeless Isle. The loot table is shared between all four Celestials, so you can only receive loot from one Celestial per week.

Posted May 13, 2014 (Patch 5.4.8)Tanks: Face Xuen away from the raid. An off-tank is required due to Spectral Swipes -- taunt no later than 5 stacks at the most. Also be ready to re-position the boss when he uses his
Leap ability.

Healers:
Crackling Lightning hurts for a lot. Make certain you have at least one major cooldown available to use for Xuen's channeled AoE. (Preferably two where possible to allow for a higher margin of error.)
