Since you've been gone, more and more of these creatures are approaching our camp. They appear to be amassing for a major assault!
We're going to have to take some drastic measures if we hope to see tomorrow.
Here, take my poisoned throwing stars and figure out a way to thin out their numbers.

Posted Mar 26, 2014 (Patch 5.4.7)Although players can skip the brief cutscene, I do not recommend doing so. The cutscene masks a location transition for the character; interrupting the cutscene causes the transition to fail. Players will have to "mount" the helicopter again. Those who use the DeadlyBossMods add-on will need to disable "Hide in-game cinematics". (Type "/dbm" without the quotes in chat. Then go to Options -> Hide Blizzard -> Hide in-game cinematics -> Disable.)
The first button (
Throw Star) on the vehicle action bar is a targeted ranged attack that can kill 1 - 3 hozen, depending on how clumped together they are. The second button (
Poison Blossom) is a non-targeted AoE attack that has a 12 second CD. It sprays out in a semi-wide rear radius from where the character is dangling from.
I recommend saving the second ability for when you are above the stone pillars with connecting ropes. This is the most efficient way of slaying many hozen at once. Use the first ability when traveling between those circles of stone pillars.
