This quest is provided by Korag in Tanaan Jungle (Assault on the Dark Portal phase). Be sure to grab Vengeance for the Fallen from Ashka nearby. You should also have Blaze of Glory from Khadgar.
Turn directly south from Korag and follow the path until you can make a right turn. Turn right and the southern cage is in front of you.
Turn to the northwest and follow that direction. The eastern cage will end up right in front of you.
